About Us
Alice's Bear Shop (& hospital for poorly bears and dolls) is a small company situated in the idyllic seaside town of Lyme Regis, Dorset. The company is multi faceted and comprises a Teddy Bear Shop selling vintage, new and collectable soft toys, a Teddy Bear and Doll Hospital, one of the few remaining in the world, and also produces a growing range of Alice’s Bear Shop teddy bear related items (Teddy Tags and Teddy Bear Making Kits) that are sold wholesale around the UK.
In the quaint shop, the hospital ward is open to visitors where you can see the patients in their teddy sized beds, each with their own medical charts. Dr Dave and Nurse Lesley can be seen undertaking repairs most days of the week (the shop and hospital are open every day of the week as you never know when a teddy related emergency will happen!).
